Regional Business Manager

Regional Business Manager acting as primary interface between the Company and its current and future network across all areas of the dealers’ business. Managing a geographically defined region and accounting for their performance in meeting objectively measurable business performance criteria within that region.
You will be an Ambassador of the Company to adhere to the personal professional presentation and behavioural standards as outlined in the Employee Hand Book. To meet and exceed Region New Vehicle Sales Volume on a Monthly, Quarterly & Annual basis. Responsible for Selling-in and ensuring dealer support and enthusiasm of all programme initiatives across all departments. Organisation and presentation of Regional Meetings to ensure dealer understanding and gain commitment to specific Annual, Quarterly and Monthly Programmes and initiatives. Development and recommendation of initiatives to increase New & Used Car Sales and profitability within the Dealer’s Sales Department in the allotted Geographic Region. Work with dealers in conjunction with Inter Firm Comparison (Dealer Composite) to improve dealer profitability. Close liaison with Dealer Support and the Head of Supply Chain to ensure efficient vehicle stock management and achievement of the Stock Objectives within the defined Geographic Region.
To provide accurate Weekly Forecasting for all New Vehicle Sales Activity (both Registrations & Final Invoice) within the defined Geographic Region.To provide accurate weekly Dealer Showroom Activity.
To submit Weekly Activity Plan and Itinerary for the following week as requested. As a result, to complete Dealer Visit Reports on Sales and submit to Line Manager within 3 working days of Dealer Visit on Template provided. Utilisation of Territory Data with dealers to highlight specific model or territory opportunities. Full Job Description available.
