Salary: c£36,000basic salary + OTE c£80k + excellent company benefits + (Guarantee of £50K for 3 months. Commission 20% for 6 months on all deals.)
My fantastic consultancy client based in the centre of Farnham, Surrey are currently recruiting for an experienced recruitment team leader to join their very strong team. This is due to an exciting company expansion plan for 2015.
My client operates in the Health & Safety sector of recruitment but they are very open to candidates from any recruitment sector.

The role of Recruitment Team Leader/ Manager will involve:
-Daily management of 2 consultants
-Generate new business through telephone and face to face sales activities.
-Exploit potential business opportunities including leads and referrals
-Make client service calls and to take the opportunity to develop business
-Build, maintain and enhance client working relationships.
