Home based Clinical Team Manager – Absence Management and Desktop Case Management

Are you a clinician with a background in Occupational Health and/or absence management who is keen to develop your career into Case Management?
My client has a newly created role which supports your development into case management whilst utilising your strong absence management and leadership skills.

The Role
My client, a leading provider of case management and absence management requires a clinician to lead their absence management team 2 days per week and for the remainder of the week support the provision of absence management to a large multi sited UK client with their workforce absence management and return to work programmes.
This is a varied and challenging role which supports developing your skills into Desktop Case Management within a wide client group.

Your Requirements
A registered clinician with a clear and full HCPC or NMC, who has demonstrable experience of absence management and return to work programmes.
You will possess excellent report writing skills, a keenness to develop your career towards case management and experience of client and people management
