Recruitment Resourcer – Aviation/MRO

An International, growing Aviation recruitment business based in Greater Exeter are looking to hire an experienced International Aviation/MRO contract recruiter. – Remote based

Created in 2016 by industry professionals, they work with the world’s largest and most reputable Aircraft MRO’s (Maintenance Repair & Overhaul), Manufactures, Airlines, Operators, OEM’s, Airports, Rotary, Logistics, VIP & Business, Military & Defence Companies & Regulatory Authorities etc.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with has a minimum of 2 years’ experience delivering to large Aviation accounts and have the desire to work from home.

Requirements:

* A minimum of 2 years’ experience recruiting for the MRO Aviation industry

* Experience building relationships with contractors in the industry

* Ability to work independently

* Experience working towards targets

* Passion for the Aviation industry is a big plus

Responsibilities

* Advertise vacancies and use social media, LinkedIn, database etc to find candidates

* Receive and review applications, manage interviews and create a shortlist of candidates for the client

* Discuss and possibly negotiate pay and salary rates

* Engage with contractors regularly and assist with queries from department internally

* Working towards exceeding targets relating to the number of candidates placed.

* Work closely alongside your team leader/business manager to understand the projects and requirements.
