Recruitment Resourcer

Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per year

Anderson knight is supporting a Glasgow based client to recruit a Recruitment Resourcer on a Full time permanent basis. This role will be primarily office based where the hours are Monday – Friday 9am-5pm.

The Role:

This is a 360 recruitment role where building and maintaining relationships with key clients and candidates is critical. The role involves high volume recruitment in a fast paced busy environment, working alongside a team of recruiters & administrators. There is a strong focus on placing suitable candidates into their roles in line with business objectives and requirements.

The Person:

The ideal candidate for the role should be:

* Experienced in recruiting, (high volume experience is desirable)

* Motivated & driven to do well

* Able to build and maintain positive relationships

* Organised and able to prioritise and manage their own workload

* Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
