Recruitment Resourcer

Due to growth an exciting opportunity to Join a specialist recruitment agency within automotive as a Resourcer has became available.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is currently in a resourcing role at the moment and is looking for their next career move. For the right candidate we offer full training and support to progress into a 360 recruitment consultant role.

Responsibilities –
– Resourcing for suitable candidates
– Speaking to candidates to gain suitability for job roles
– Gain sales leads when speaking to candidates and passing on to suitable consultant
– Provide any additional admin support to consultants as and when required
– Keeping a tracker of CVs sent over to consultants and following up with outcome

Requirements –
– Proven track record of resourcing
– Demonstrable knowledge of the recruitment market
– Prioritise resourcing
