Salary: £26,000 – £26,400 per year

We are recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer to work in the Sheffield office
Job description:
The job will be a varied one and will include:
* Working alongside the consultants on a busy engineering desk
* Prioritise workload
* Be very reactive to an ever changing day with shifting priorities
* Assisting with candidate resourcing, referencing, payroll, general admin, database searches, credit checks etc
* Generating work leads
* Supporting the consultant through both quiet and busy periods
* Attending client and site meetings (with the consultant) to address new requirements, issues and general enquiries.
* Adhoc tasks as and when they arise
* May be required to occasionally work in our Leeds office
The ideal person will have:
* Positive attitude
* Excellent communication both verbally and in writing.
* Able to use own initiative.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office is essential.
* Flexibility and a positive attitude to work and learning is essential
* Driving licence and access to a vehicle or working towards
* Previous recruitment experience (preferred)
Details:
* 37.5hrs p/wk (maybe required to work over during busier periods)
* Performance based commission structure

* 25p p/mile fuel allowance if required to travel to site / other offices
