Junior Recruitment Resourcer

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per year

Key People are currently looking for a Junior Recruitment Resourcer to support the recruiting efforts across the UK and Europe. This is a full-time position based in St. Albans, UK.

Within this role you will collaborate with the Resourcers and the Senior Consultants in identifying the most appropriate candidates’ on the database (we use Bullhorn) and sourcing potential candidates in recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Emed Careers, Pharmiweb, CV Library, etc.)

Responsibilities will include:

Assist the Consultants and Resourcers in identifying the potential candidates’ competency and required skills through detailed profiling
Within this role you will gain knowledge working across multiple industries, including Pharmaceuticals, Occupational Health and Health & Safety
Work closely with the Consultants and Resourcers to submit CVs to the clients through portal systems and via email
Provide candidates with support and advice through the recruitment process
Arrange meetings, events and activities for the recruiting team, as well as arrange interviews for candidates
Liaise with other teams within Key People and share relevant information
Additional responsibilities as requested Training and Education:

No previous recruitment experience is required
Experience in sales would be advantageous, but not essential
Ability to handle confidential information and build trust throughout all levels of the organization
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
Effective time management and project management skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel
