A rewarding opportunity to join Maximus Solutions Ltd has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience of resourcing within recruitment, ideally (but not essential) within the temporary construction sector and have a keen desire to progress within the company.

Duties to include:

• Sourcing of construction candidates.

• Screening & obtaining references.

• Building & managing a continually growing database.

• Placing adverts on job platforms.

• Managing job boards.

• Working to tight deadlines.

• Checking in workers.

• Helping with payroll & administration.

• Liaising with clients.

Must haves:

• Great at building relationships.

• Hard working.

• Computer literate.

• 1-2 year minimum industry experience.

• Enjoying working as part of a team.

• Desire to achieve.
