We are looking to add a Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer to join this growing Boutique agency based in the City of London. We have recently partnered with some of the biggest clients in the market and are currently recruiting for businesses in both the UK and Europe. This opportunity is for someone with a little Sales or Recruitment experience to build a long career in Recruitment and hopefully to become part of this growing agency. You will work alongside the Managing Director in building, recruiting and making InterCity Partners one of the best agencies in the City of London.

The ideal candidate will exceed in this position if they are able to successfully aid recruiting efforts and fulfilling the clients needs by matching candidates with the company’s recruiting needs. In order to do so the candidate has to be able to source and qualify leads that will meet the company’s criteria. To be successful, the candidate will learn to understand the technical depth of the industry and the company to become and effective talent partner.
