Recruitment Resourcer

This dynamic recruitment business has experienced strong growth over its first year of operation and is now seeking to recruit a Recruitment Resourcer to work on the delivery of on-line recruitment campaigns on a temporary 6 month contract. A company within one of the UK’s leading recruitment Groups, this specialist on-line recruiter is set for further significant growth.

You will be joining a small, friendly and highly effective team. Whilst it would be ideal if you could start immediately, they would be very happy to wait for the right individual.

As a Recruitment Resourcer you will:
* Be part of a progressive team delivering on-line recruitment campaigns to new and existing customers.
* Ensure new jobs are posted to relevant on-line job boards and social networking sites.
* Undertake on-line candidate searches to identify potential candidates.
* Complete telephone interviews with shortlisted candidates.
* Maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment campaign.

The ideal Recruitment Resourcer will hold the following skills and experiences:
* Previous recruitment experience is preferable, but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Good keyboard/IT skills.
* Ability to work on your own initiative and be a real team player.
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly motivated, professional team on a 6 month temporary contract, which could lead to a permanent position.
In return you will receive a salary of up to £26,000 pro rata plus uncapped commission.
