It’s a really exciting time to be joining Baxter Personnel – we have opened a number of new branches over the past few years and, as we continue to grow, we are now looking to appoint a new Recruitment Resourcer in our Head Office based in Darlington Morton Palms Business Park.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a hard-working and ambitious individual looking to start or move their career forward in recruitment and resourcing.

As a Recruitment Resourcer You’ll Be Responsible For:

* Advertising job vacancies on various job boards
* Sourcing candidates via internal database, job boards and social media
* Have a clear understanding of key job requirements and match against a high volume of CVs
* Conducting telephone screening interviews to qualify candidates for relevant roles
* Arranging and coordinating end-to-end interviewing process
* Formatting CVs, preparing candidate packs and general administrative duties

About You

* Ideally you’ll either have experience as a Recruitment Resourcer or have previous experience within a phone based role
* High levels of accuracy with exceptional levels of attention to detail
* Hard-working, positive and resilient attitude
* Ability to work to tight deadlines and high volumes in a demanding environment
