Salary: £26,400 – £28,800 per year

Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer (Driving Division)

Skipper Recruit are looking to add 5th member to the team due to the growth in the business

This will be full time position, Mon-Fri working out of our head office in Norwich.

Job Role –

• Going through jobs boards and social media pages for job applications
• Registering candidate’s and putting them on our recruitment software
• Emailing drivers and clients
• Calling drivers and clients
• Filling driver requirement bookings
• On call duties (via mobile phone)

Ideally candidate will have –

• Hard working can do attitude
• Ambition to succeed
• Customer services experience
• Microsoft office experience
• Team player
• Driving License (ideally)

Recruitment Resourcer: £20-£24k + bonuses

Recruitment Consultant: £22-£26k + uncapped commission
