Recruitment Resourcer

Salary: £31,200 per year

The Role:

In the Recruitment Resourcer role you will be primarily accountable for managing candidate experience and providing outstanding candidate care in line with our service standards.

Specific tasks include:

– Taking ownership of all vacancies in your team, prioritising key vacancies day to day.

– Writing and posting job adverts.

– Delivering good, quality candidates against key vacancies and placements across the client-side team.

This position is based in the company’s Stratford-upon-Avon office, so please ensure that’s within a reasonable commutable distance for you before you apply.

The Candidate:

To be the right person for Recruitment Resourcer role you will need direct experience of identifying and sourcing quality candidates for jobs.

It’s important that you also have the following:

– The ability to deliver the highest standard of customer care to candidates

– Excellent telephone manner

– Proficient job advert writing skills

– Good organisational skills

We need you to be happy speaking to candidates on the phone and be happy working to deadlines.

The Package:

The basic salary for the Recruitment Resourcer role is up to £31,200per annum.

In addition you can earn a personal performance bonus in the role if you hit your targets. Full details about the scheme will be revealed on application.
