Recruitment Resourcer/Compliance Co-Ordinator

Job Description:
As a Compliance Administrator within a new subsidiary office In Birmingham you will have a proven track record with the ability to manage confidential documents. You will have a natural talent and instinct at finding and engaging with only the best candidates whilst maintaining a wide network of over 12,000 platinum registered nurses and doctors.
Our client base consists of NHS Hospitals, private medical healthcare organisations and HMP’s across UK placing temp nurses on and off LPP, HTE, CCS frameworks and Contract Doctors and nurses.
Job Responsibilities:
• Resourcing new candidates within your geographical area
• Running and implementing recruitment days on and offsite
• Developing and managing your sector
• Collecting confidential documents
• Ensuring targets and KPI’s are met at all times
• Screening candidates over the phone
Skills:
• Attention to detail
• Able to work under pressure and exceed targets
• Professional approach to all aspects of compliance and administration
• Motivation to yourself, colleagues and candidates
• Committed to high levels of service delivery required for our candidates
• Be able to represent ICG Medical with a high level of professionalism at all times
Experience:
At ICG Medical Ltd we are looking for someone who has a minimum of 1 years Administration experience with the ability to handle a large work & the ability to travel to meet our candidates around north of England.
