Recruitment Resourcer

My client based on the outskirts of Tunbridge Wells seeks a Resourcer to join their existing successful team. The role will be supporting Fee earners within the organisation focussing upon the IT sector.

To be considered for this role you must be a car owner and driver due to the clients location. A fantastic role for someone wanting to begin a career in recruitment.

The Role:
• Candidate Management
• Database Management
• Source and selection of candidates
• Advertise roles
• Networking
• Negotiation of contracts and terms
• Deal with general enquiries and administration relating to the role.

The ideal candidate will have solid communications skills, be articulate and have a solid business vocabulary. You will be of a persuasive nature, natural competitive and clearly be able to demonstrate persistent and patient traits. You will cope well under pressure and within a demanding work environment,
