Recruitment Partner

Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per year

We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Partner to join our client – a well-known company in the not for profit space. In this remote role, you will be responsible for providing an effective and proactive resourcing service throughout the organisation.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Taking ownership of the end to end recruitment process.
• Designing and implementing improved, creative and effective recruitment strategies and processes.
• Coordinating selection activities including interviews, psychometric testing and assessment centres.
• Reporting on the effectiveness of candidate sourcing, selection methods and recruitment agency performance.
• Working with recruiting managers to develop selection processes with involvement in the interview process as required.

Skills and experience required:

• A successful track record of developing innovative talent acquisition strategies.
• Able to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
• Experience of using Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current employment legislation, policies and procedures relating to best recruitment and induction practices.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt style based on audience.
• Experience of implementing a direct sourcing model.
