Education Recruitment Manager – Newcastle

This position is for an Education Recruitment Branch Manager to take over an established branch in Newcastle.

You will be working for a privately owned Teacher Recruitment agency with several branches across the UK, recent investment has allowed the company to grow in size dominance.

You must have education recruitment experience along with strong management skills and expertise.

Your role as a Manager will involve motivating and developing your existing team and providing feedback to the Directors.

It’s an easy going team who work well together and share friendly office banter.
You will have the autonomy to put in place incentives for your consultants, this can be monetary, short weekend breaks, finishing early on a Friday etc.

All manages are encouraged to think creatively and pass this ethos through to their teams.

Your branch will supply Teachers and support staff over a manageable and defined geographical area of the UK.

You will supply into Primary Schools, Secondary Schools and SEN Schools/Pupil Referral Unit’s with a particular emphasis on long term and permanent placements, alongside the “day to day” supply.

To aid you with your branch and staff development you will have access to some excellent marketing material, effective pay roll, compliance and back office support.

This branch has enjoyed steady year on year growth and due to this you will have additional head count for extra consultants, this has been put on hold until a new manager is appointed so they can have direct input with the process.

As a Manager you will lead from the front, this is most effective by running a small desk with some Schools and helping your consultants through business development in addition to your other responsibilities.
