Salary package £27,600 – £48,000per annum basic salary and an uncapped commission structure

Callum James Associates are a new and exciting Venture building on the experience and knowledge of Conrad Consulting who are leaders in the Construction and Engineering Recruitment Sector.

We are now in a major expansion phase and have already branched out into the lucrative and exciting area of Accountancy and Finance. We are looking for talented and determined recruitment consultants to join our rapidly expanding team, or indeed would welcome the right individual to take the lead into a different sector, such as medical/catering/legal – wherever your speciality and passion lies.

We have acquired new offices that are currently undergoing amazing and modern refurbishment to provide the right environment to succeed. Our aim is to double our current size of 17 within the next 18 months.

We cover the whole of the UK and have expanded to select international regions. Basic Salary is £27,600 – £48,000per annum plus a generous and uncapped commission structure. We also offer team prizes such as trips abroad and regular group trips to high class hotels and restaurants.
