Digital Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per year

Tech Works Recruitment are looking to grow their Technology recruitment teams and are on the lookout an experienced Recruiter to join their experienced Dgitial recruitment team.

In this role, you will be working remotely / home based as a 360 recruiter.

The role:

• Be an expert at identifying technical talent for clients
• Build a universe of technical candidates and clients
• Manage candidates through the entire recruitment process
• Identify and actively develop potential new clients
• Identifying potential new clients, to pick up roles both for yourself and your team
• Work with existing clients, to assist in filling their open roles, as well as further developing the accounts
• End to end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, through to post placement follow up

Responsibilities- 

• Identify and actively develop potential new clients
• New Business Development / Developing New Clients
• Be an expert at identifying creative talent for clients
• Build a talent pool of candidates in the specialist sectors
• Source candidates for roles that are picked up by yourself or other members of the team
• Manage candidates through the entire recruitment process
