Recruitment Consultant Infrastructure Property

We now have a very exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Property team which supplies to building projects ranging from iconic high rise city buildings such as The Shard to schools and hospitals.

The successful applicant will focus on developing our contract capability within the structures market. This role provides for excellent earning potential along with great career development. In the short term you will service our current client base prioritizing vacancies therefore finding the easiest/quickest route to earning money with the long term goal of developing other clients in that market.

The Structures market is one of the most exciting sectors to recruit for in the UK with the private investment markets already starting to return with huge projects such as Shell Towers (£400m) and Google’s London HQ (£450m) being just two to note. Our Property team, work closely with design consultancies, principal contractors, sub-contractors, client organisations and specialist Architectural practices across the UK and abroad. All of these organisations are keen to utilise a temporary workforce to deliver project peaks in workload providing for an ideal market for you to take advantage of.

Your contract placements will range from high level strategic placements to junior but experienced candidates in the industry. In addition to placing candidates you will be responsible for developing relationships with some of the largest companies and our largest clients in the industry.

The chosen applicant will be Degree qualified with an aptitude for sales or someone with a proven track record in sales. As a recruitment consultant one of the most important things you will need to demonstrate is strong communication skills – both on the phone and in a face to face situation, coupled with the ability to offer a customized and unique approach to provide a high level of customer satisfaction. The role will involve using our own in house IT system (Employ) and other client specific systems therefore good IT skills are important.

Successful consultants are motivated, ambitious and able to build strong relationships to capitalise on the opportunities available to them and also their team.
