As you know the education recruitment sector is booming. I have a brilliant opportunity within the West Midlands for an Account Manager in education recruitment.

Education Recruitment Consultant – Shropshire 

Account Management role: warm desk

You will inherit a large desk that peaks in the high 100s days per week. This company is arguably the market leader, and client care is the number one priority. If you are used to working in a numbers first organisation and it doesn’t sit well with you, a move here would be a welcome change.

The desk currently has a good mix of long term and day to day bookings, and because it’s so busy, initially your focus will be on finding candidates and filling jobs. New business will happen organically as the market changes.

As with any education recruitment role, you will need to be available for early starts (7am) and late finishes and have a car and a full driving licence.

The usual rewards of enhanced holiday allowance and shorter hours in the school holidays apply, alongside a good commission scheme that can see you earning an extra £15K+ pa. You can work a mix of home and office if you want.
