Recruitment Consultant (Hospitality)

Salary: £30,000 – £32,400 per year

Recruitment Consultant (Hospitality) – London – £25k – £27k basic + bonus

Career Cross is looking for a driven and energetic individual to join our growing hospitality team as a Recruitment Consultant.

In this role you will be responsible for generating, recruiting, interviewing and screening new candidates and applicants who wish to join and become part of our growing worker community.

We are a modern and flexible staffing business. We work with some of the UK’s largest companies and across the Hospitality and Events industry. We provide a flexible, end to end, staffing and working solution to both our clients and our workers.

In this role you will be required to:

* Work with multiple platforms to generate candidates and applicants for the various job roles and worker vacancies which our clients require.

* Screen candidate’s CV’s and review incoming applications to select the best suited candidates to take forward to interview stage.

* Make outbound calls to discuss opportunities with candidates and in turn schedule and confirm interviews.

* Conduct candidate interviews and right to work checks, ensuring a candidates profile is correctly verified, screened and built on our App.

* Book and schedule candidates onto live work opportunities available

The ideal candidate for this role must:

* Be good with people – have strong conversational skills and be able to generate a good rapport which makes candidates comfortable and confident

* Be driven – is a hard worker, able to multi-task and recruit for various different positions across any given day or week. We recruit for various job roles and as such you must be able to find the best candidates for each in the timeframe permitted.

* Be organised and time efficient – you will be tasked with generating your own candidates, interviewing you own candidates and ensuring they are active and booked onto various live job roles. As such you must be able to manage your time well and organise your recruitment diary well.
