Trainee Recruitment Consultants

Location: Central London

Salary: £18-£25k Basic

Commission: Uncapped so the potential to earn £100k by your third year!

Based in the heart of Central London, my client is looking to expand on an already hugely successful 2014 by bringing in a whole new team of aspiring graduates. The company works across a range of sectors, including Oil and Gas, Finance, Banking, Tech and Media and has proven itself to be at the forefront of the graduate recruitment sector, winning awards such as Times Top 100 small businesses to work for.

The Role:

Within the company, you will be working with a group of like-minded, sociable and outgoing individuals in a friendly yet professional environment. Your role as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant is both a demanding and rewarding role that will include:

• Cold-calling clients to secure new deals for the company
• Placing advertisements through relevant media to capture the correct audience
• Holding interviews with potential candidates
• Meeting clients on a face-to-face basis to ensure the reputation of the company is upheld.
• Tailoring candidate CVs and giving them interview advice to secure success at later stages with clients.

The Candidate:

What the company is looking for in their graduate recruitment consultants is:

• outgoing, money-driven, resilient and hard-working individuals
• great communication skills.
• Sales experience is a bonus, particularly B2B or telesales, however it is not essential.
• The only requirement the company makes is a 2.1 degree from a top 50 university.
