Based in Rugby, Warwickshire, we specialise in the supply of temporary and permanent staffing to the Facilities Management, Warehouse & Logistics, Commercial / Office, Food Manufacturing, Hospitality and Construction sectors. Job Description:

• You would be responsible for delivering candidates for an already established desk/s with over 400 vacancies within Facilities Management and Warehouse & Logistics.
• This position will see you delivering candidates for vacancies across the UK conducting interviews over the telephone and digital platforms such as Microsoft Teams. You will use the companies established process of digital registration to prepare and successfully place people in to work.
• With support from an Office Manager, you will take responsibility for advertising vacancies, meeting, and exceeding set delivery targets, keeping our Candidate / Client talent bank up-to-date and making sure that all inputted data is correct and accurate as we are regularly audited.
• This is a Candidate focused role so experience of candidate resourcing including the use of internet job boards to conduct effective searches and attract volume applications through bulk communication via email and text message is essential.

Person Specification:

• Ideally 12+ months experience working within recruitment, tele-sales, or customer service with a confident telephone manner.
• Happy to make a high volume of calls every day to deal with the volume of vacancies and applications we receive.
• Be highly motivated, articulate, and have a keen eye for detail. Driven to meet and exceed targets – reliable and hard working, leading by example.
• Experience in the use of internet job boards, along with social media for the purposes of identifying, resourcing, and networking with prospective candidates.

The basic remuneration on offer is negotiable up to £30,000pa, with the business offering an excellent, uncapped bonus scheme. In all cases we are looking to offer long term career prospects.
