Job Outline:

We now have an exciting opportunity available for a further recruitment consultant to join our growing team.

Since our formation in 2006 we have built a successful business focusing on recruiting engineers, scientists, managers and experienced professionals across a range of industries.

With further business growth planned for 2015, we are now seeking an additional recruiter to join the team and contribute towards continued business growth.

Focussing on providing a professional service, you will take responsibility for the full recruitment cycle, from initial client contact, through to sourcing, selecting and presenting suitable candidates, and supporting both parties throughout the interview cycle.

Dealing with both new and existing clients, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and opportunities, and be able to communicate with both clients and candidates from graduate to director level.

You should be highly organised, with strong communication and I.T skills, and have the drive and enthusiasm to succeed.

Experience:

To be successful it is Essential that you have a proven track record in technical sales or recruitment and can show an enthusiasm for meeting and exceeding targets as well as developing your career in a recruitment focused role.

Qualifications:

Ideally you would be qualified to degree level in either an engineering or scientific discipline, or have significant commercial experience in a similar environment.
