Construction Recruitment Consultant. Temps desk – Southampton

Fantastic opportunity to join a busy Construction Recruitment Consultant in a very busy Blue collar Temps sector. Basic to £48,000 dependent on your experience and billing history plus great commission paying up to 20% on monthly billings. As a Recruitment Consultant you OTE for year one will be £70k. You will be responsible for building relationships with existing and lapsed clients as well as the sourcing and development of new business opportunities. The role will include the full 360 degree of a recruitment consultant including sales and delivery. 

This is a Blue Collar Construction Recruitment Consultant desk. 

We will consider Recruitment Consultants or Billing Managers looking for a change as long as your focus is on networking and sales. Our client has also invested heavily in their digital marketing and lead generation campaigns to create warm leads and engagement as well as access to Linkedin Recruiter. Therefore, you’ll have the tools and database to make successful placements. You’ll walk into an active pipeline with full marketing support.
