Registered Branch Manager

MiHomecare is looking for an experienced Domiciliary Care Manager in Worthing to lead a dedicated team of support workers providing high quality care to older people in their own homes.
This is a busy branch with huge potential for growth, and requires an experienced, business aware manager.

The Role

•Provide a high quality, professional, personal and practical Domiciliary Care service to services users.
•Ensure that the service is delivered in line with current legislation and to CQC standards
• Monitor performance and set plans to ensure that your team continue to deliver great results.
•Support the care teams in the day to day running of the service and ensuring contract compliance.
• Monitor and maintain an accurate administrative system.
•Develop and maintain good working relationships with Care professionals, GP’s, clients and their families.

The Candidate

•We are looking for candidates with Registered Domiciliary Care Manager experience.
•This is a large provision and so ideally you will have managed 2500+ hours of care per week
•You will already have the NVQ level 4 / QCF 5 / RMA
•You will need to be a driver with your own Vehicle
