Encore Personnel Services are looking to recruit an Administrator based in a busy Recruitment Company Reception for their Brand New Spalding Office.

The Role involves:-

1. Phone answering
2. Booking individuals in for interviews
3. Taking and recording queries from flexi workers
4. Processing holiday requests and following company procedure for all flexi workers
5. Registering flexi workers on a daily basis and entering all information on to the in-house computer
system ensuring all procedures are followed
6. Processing payroll of up to 200 Timesheets per week
7. Processing reference requests
8. Taking Post
9. Making refreshments
10. Scanning, copying and Filing
11. Stock ordering and reconciliation
12. General admin support for the office

The Candidate should:-

1. Have excellent time keeping
2. Have an excellent phone manner
3. Be organised
4. Be willing to learn
5. Be proficient with computers including intermediate level in excel packages: Word, Excel, Outlook
and some PowerPoint
6. Have previous admin experience
7. Have excellent attention to detail

Working hours are Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch daily.
