Administrator – Inhouse Recruitment

We are now seeking a talented customer focused Administrator to join our dedicated Internal UK Recruitment Function, based in Blackburn, Lancashire on a 1 Year Maternity Cover Contract. 

Ideally you will have already supported a Recruitment Function and be well versed in working closely with Candidates and Hiring Managers but more important is your strong experience in general administration. You will be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent in Maths and English Grades A – C, possess excellent admin skills, gained in a corporate fast paced customer focused environment and be IT Literate with good knowledge of MS Office Products – specifically Excel (VLookUp, Pivot Tables), Word & Powerpoint.

This is a performance based and ever changing corporate organisation and therefore requires an individual who has the ability to juggle and prioritise a demanding workload to deadlines. You will need to be able to quickly grasp commercial concepts and complex procedures, be a well presented, effective communicator and be passionate about service delivery to Best in Class standards.
