Recruit One
Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per year
I’m recruiting for a company in Truro that is looking for a new hire to run a perms desk that is thriving (typically billing 15K per month). The company is moving the person running the desk into a Managerial role and consequently a vacancy on lucrative desk that is doing excellent levels of business and has a strong developed network of candidates.
If you are hungry, ambitious, and looking for a new role in a growing team of 22 recruiters, this could be the perfect job for you.
The company has a great reputation brand wise, they invest in all the best tools for their recruiters inclusive of Zoom Info, Linkedin licences, the job boards needed. They also have a dedicated team of professional marketeers that develop networks of people to funnel towards the recruiters to help them fill jobs. The sector is within optical and audiology people – it’s a professsional and friendly sector to recruit within.
