1 – Recruiter

Our client, an international financial services company, is looking for two in-house recruiters on a long term contract basis to join their expanding team.

Due to increasing volumes of recruitment, our client requires two candidates who ideally possess the following skills/experience:

• Ideally on-site recruitment experience from Financial Services/Professional Services/Legal – open to other backgrounds but preference is a large corporate environment
• Experience handling large volumes – the team currently work up to 35 roles at one time
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• Experience with direct sourcing and managing your own job adverts and sources
• Experience using LinkedIn as a sourcing menthod is highly desirable
