The Company:

The Kramp Group is the leading European distributor of Spare Parts to the Agricultural, Forest and Grasscare and OEM markets through the dealer network.

The HR Team requires additional support overseeing the recruitment process, on a 12 month fixed term contract basis to cover maternity leave.

We are looking for an individual on a part time basis, working up to 24 hours a week, Monday to Friday, who has a recruitment background. We are flexible on the days/hours worked but would also require some flexibility from the individual in order to meet the needs and requirements of the business. Salary would be up to £33,600per annum (based on full time equivalent salary).

Key accountabilities:

• Review recruitment processes and work on continuous improvements
• Focus on Operations recruitment only
• Identify requirements and trigger suitable campaigns
• Develop solid partnerships and invest time in improving our profile and branding with recruitment partners
• Promote Kramp UK locally and through social media campaigns
• Plan, coordinate and run events such as open days, fairs etc.
• Maintain all admin for logistics starters and leavers, including workday, ATPS, Time and attendance for payroll etc.
• Support with interviews

Attributes:

• Recruitment background, minimum 2 years experience
• Very dynamic and not afraid to work in a very busy environment
• Digital and social media experience
• High level of organisation and planning and communication
• Credible and full of ideas and initiative
• A self-starter who seeks opportunities
• Interested to broaden experience in HR
