Hours: 8:30am – 5pm

Salary: £26,000per year – £26,000 per year Ltd

This client is now seeking an experienced Receptionist to join their growing and busy offices based in Richmond.
You will be responsible for manning the Receptionist, providing a high standard of customer service and being professional at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities:

– Answering the telephone, taking messages and/or transferring calls to relevant staff members
– Manage Reception desk area
– Book taxis upon request
– Proactively update and distribute internal telephone directory
– Manage the issuing and tracking of access badges to include tracking of any new starters/leavers
– Administration of visitor and employee parking spaces
– Optimise the visitor experience by greeting and assisting all visitors, professionally and courteously handling all internal and external clients.
– Resolve a wide variety of routine Reception questions and issues, referring more complex issues to higher levels
– Take ownership of all logistical requirements
– Responsible for over seeing all meeting room bookings
– Responsible for all catering needs for business meetings, office events
– Responsible for creating and distributing accurate up to date records
– Collate and email daily and weekly visitor lists to staff in liaison with all employees
– Collate stakeholder feedback via telephone and report centrally on Facilities services levels
– Compilation of JLL monthly management reports and ensure all statistics are accurate
