Rail Business Development Manager

Our client is an established family run M&E contractor who is looking to push their substantial M&E capability out to the UK rail industry. We are looking to recruit an established, results driven business development professional to help push forward this ambitious growth strategy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering a business development strategy within rail infrastructure, electrification and rolling stock.

* Established rail business development professional with a demonstrable history of delivering results
* A background in infrastructure, electri cation and rolling stock
* A clear and extensive network of decision making contacts within rail
* Skilled and capable in developing business development strategy
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* Highly confident client facing, delivering presentations and pitches
* Highly IT proficient
* Currently based in the UK and fully eligible to work in the UK
* Full driving license

This position is working for a client based in Lincolnshire but will suit someone who is willing to work from home and travel to head office and client sites as required. We are looking to recruit someone on contract terms initially although we may be open to discussing permanent employment from the outset.
