A leading UK brand within Digital Print and Design are looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to support the ongoing success of the organisation.
Based within an easily accessible office location, this ‘hands on’ role will work alongside the production team based in the regional branch and will report directly to the National Sales Director.
Responsibilities will include:

Targeting and winning new accounts for new business in digital print sales
*
Developing active account revenue through the introduction of new service offerings
*
Drive high client satisfaction at all times
*
Strong time management and territory planning
*
Understand the branch operations and develop a healthy working relationship with the team
*
Compliance with maintaining all records and reporting on the CRM system (HubSpot)
The skills, experience and behaviours you will need to demonstrate include:

Ability to work in a fast paced and competitive environment
*
Ambition, self-motivation with a track record of success in a sales role
*
Competent in negotiation at all levels
*
Customer focused and skilled at relationship management
*
Comfortable working towards, and delivering results against targets
*
Computer literate across all Microsoft Office suites
* A previous background within graphics, print and design is desirable but not essential.
In addition to the base salary, a competitive OTE is achievable on exceeding targets.
The role will naturally require frequent regional travel and a car allowance will be provided. When not visiting current or prospective clients, you will be office based.
