Salary: £42,000 – £78,000 per year

We’re looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor to work for our client.

They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience in managing the full cost life cycle of construction projects.

The Role:
Reporting to the Commercial Director and based in the company’s Hertfordshire office, as the Quantity Surveyor you will be primarily responsible for managing the full cost life cycle on internal fit-out projects. Your role will see you manage a number of projects at any one time and ensure projects come in on budget and make a reasonable profit.

In the job you’ll be tasked with the following:
– Produce BOQ’s
– Price variations
– Manage subcontractors

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Quantity Surveyor role will have relevant experience in managing the full cost life cycle of construction projects.

You’ll also need experience of:
– Pricing variations
– Producing bills of quantities
– Managing final accounts
– Assessing subcontractor works and signing off for payment
– Drylining, facades, interior fit-out, sfs, brickwork, aluminium curtain walling

You’ll also need to be able to travel to the site with a 60/40 split.

Basic salary: £42,000 – £78,000per annum depending on experience
Bonus: An additional bonus is also available if the company hits certain targets – full details of the scheme will be revealed on application
