Salary: £30,000 per year

Quality Specialist – Permanent 

Haverhill – £25,000pa

This group is a world leader in products that enable you to bring items with you when leading an active life. Known for its range of products, they also have 55 sales offices worldwide, 8 production facilities, and 50 people on site in Haverhill. As a Quality Specialist, you would join the Quality team and assist the Quality Manager in maintaining and improving IMS. Currently hold ISO:9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. The site also handles the European distribution, so a busy working environment and lots of team spirit. Main duties as the Quality Specialist

• You will be the first point of contact for quality issues whether internal, customers, or suppliers
• Responsible for driving quality and environmental KPIs.
• Participate in internal audit to ensure standard compliance
• Scrap level management
• Participate in lead improvement projects
• Manage quality in existing and new products

Skills Required as Quality Specialist

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Customer orientated
• Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
• Data Analysis
• Excellent communication skills

Education

• Relevant experience working in a Quality environment 
• Educated to A Level or Quality experience
• with management systems (ISO9001)
