This organisation, a market leading, SME supplier of pressing, stampings, CNC machined parts and assemblies to a broad range of industry sectors, including renewable energy, EV and commercial vehicles, is looking for a Quality Manager.

The role of Quality Manager will be instrumental in the ongoing growth and development of the business as they look to further enhance their reputation for customer service and quality. The position is responsible for managing production quality, metrology and supplier quality, ensuring any quality concerns or non-conformances are captured, investigated and corrective actions implemented.

The Candidate | What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for quality professionals from a precision (CNC, stamping, pressing) engineering or high-volume production background who can share their wealth of knowledge of problem solving and lean tools. You must be a people focussed leader with an appetite for development (of yourself and your team) and sustainability. You may be a QM now or a Quality Engineer that has shown leadership skills.
