This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join a top-quality Training Provider with a proven track record in the Training and Development sector.

Applicants must have experience of working in the FE sector in either a Quality role (ideally as a Quality Manager) or Management role with responsibility for quality. This experience will ideally be current but must have been within the last 3 years. Are you ready to inspire your team and bring your A game to a newly created Quality Manager role? The successful applicant will lead the Quality Team, playing a significant part in upholding all quality standards and in our journey to becoming an “outstanding” provider, and will have the following skills and characteristics.

• • Experience of successfully maintaining ISO9001, Matrix, Investors in People, ESFA Funding Rules compliance/ certification through day-to-day activities and leading on external audits/assessments.
• • Ability to develop new and streamline existing systems and procedures for Apprenticeship, Study Programme and Adult Learning provision to facilitate co-ordinated compliance against ESFA Funding Rules and in line with Ofsted’s Education Inspection Framework.
• • Ability to provide quality related advice, guidance and training to all levels.
• • Ability to co-ordinate self-assessment reports and quality improvement plans ensuring quality management processes are monitored and measured effectively.
• • Experience of having been a Nominee at an Ofsted Inspection would be an advantage but not essential.
• • Personable, persuasive and engaging.
• • Organised and motivated.
• • Enthusiastic and professional with an ethos of continuous improvement.
• • Good maths, English and ICT skills.

The role will include day to day management of members of the Quality Team, including carrying out their 4 monthly performance reviews, carrying out audits/assessments, keeping topical and up to date with Ofsted’s Education Inspection Framework (EIF) and ESFA Funding Rules for Apprenticeships, Study Programmes and Adult Education budget.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role will be to deliver our clients Quality Policy and objectives. Our client take a keen interest in the training and development of our staff and support our team to fulfil their potential. Our client operate throughout the North West of England and other geographical areas so a driving licence is essential.
