Quality Inspector required urgently!

EMBS are in partnership with an established yet growing business who are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to join their team on a permanent basis, located in Derby.

Specialising in manufacturing precision, detailed machined and fabricated components for the Aerospace and Nuclear industries.

Paying £13.99 – £15.32 per hour for the right individual working on either Nights or X3 shift system (Mornings, Afternoons and Nights), this is a fantastic, exciting opportunity for a driven, hard working individual to join a reputable but stable business.

Successful candidates MUST be able to demonstrate the following:

* Strong Quality Inspection background
* Previous experience working as a Quality Inspector within a precision engineering industry (Aerospace, Motorsport, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Engineering etc.)
* Ability to inspect parts via visual and dimensional checks
* Can confidently use manual measuring equipment such as: Verniers, Height Gauges, Calipers etc.
* FAIRs experience is desierbale but not essential
* Ability to perform First Off, Stage and Final inspection
* Previous experience inspecting sheet metal, fabricated or machined parts
* Read and interpret engineering drawings and follow SOP’s

In return the client is offering:

* £13.99 – £15.32 per hour depending on experience + shift premium
* Overtime available at premium rates
