Quality Inspector – Food Production

Gi Group are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Assistant for an international food company based in West Hull. This is an exciting role for a committed and professional individual, initially temporary with the opportunity of a permanent placement for the correct calibre of candidate.

Working continental 12 hour shifts of 6am-6pm days and 6pm-6am nights, flexibility is required, meaning you must be available for working either shift potentially.

We are looking for a QA experienced in the food industry, providing confidence through a proven background of working with similar tolerances. The role will involve spot checking the standards of deep fried food products, and completing all corresponding paperwork.

Rates of pay will start at between £26,000 and £26,000 per year for either day or night shift – working 4-5 12 hour shifts per week. Liaising with the Quality Manager, as well as line managers accordingly, you will need to have great communication skills and an excellent eye for detail.
