Reporting to the QC Team Leader, the Quality Inspector must be able to demonstrate the ability to comply with regulations and take responsibility for their actions. It is vital that they are a team player and show flexibility in all aspects of their work. The role requires tenacity and resilience and for someone to be results-driven to get their tasks completed to strict deadlines. The Quality Inspector should be a good communicator with colleagues and be able to find solutions, make decisions and have a good understanding of the organization.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Approves finished products by confirming specification; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required adjustments
- Verify integrity of manufactured parts meet company and customer Quality requirements prior to release for shipment to the customer
- Ensure all documentation is complete accurately and distributed accordingly
- Ensure that all quality procedures applicable to dispatch / outwork are followed
- Reduce rejects
- The maintenance of, adherence to and improvement of our clients quality systems and procedures, including but not restricted to continual ISO 9001 compliance
- Develop, support, and actively encourage a culture of continual improvement by suggesting improvement programmes that involve team members and other employees
- Ensure appropriate PPE is worn at all times
- Create a safe working environment with good housekeeping standards
- Familiarization with our clients health and safety policies and procedures

- Previous experience in an inspection/dispatch facility within a manufacturing environment desirable
