Near Caerphilly
Permanent, Full Time
Monday – Friday, 8.30am-5pm (4.30pm Finish on Fridays)
Competitive salary, depending on experience
23 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays, increasing with length of service

Joining during an exciting phase, the Quality Consultant will oversee all customer experiences and quality management within the business. This pivotal role will bring the best from people and processes and ensure that clients receive the best possible customer service.
Responsibilities:
* Ownership and evolution of an ISO9001 Quality management system.
* Leading cross business solutions and support in delivering excellent, continuous improvement customer service.
* A Quality champion throughout the business, ensuring that the customer is at the centre of your approach.
* Analysing customer feedback in all medium to tailor the approach and better service the customers.
* Reporting Quality management system information to the Board of Directors.
* Ensuring effective functioning of quality management system and auditing.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will be:
* A Quality Assurance professional with experience of implementing continuous improvement methodologies e.g. six sigma, lean etc.
* Accustomed to working within a process driven environment to ISO9001 standards.
* Confident utilising a quality management system and affecting change to best reflect the needs of the business.
* Qualified within your area of expertise, or qualified by experience.
* Accustomed to working within a business which is subject to internal and external quality audits.
* Possess excellent interpersonal skills to include verbal and written communication
* Passionate about business transformation and continuous improvement
* Able to operate effectively on your own initiative as well as report to Board level.
