Job Title: Quality Assistant
Location: Haverhill, Suffolk
Salary: £30,000p.a.
Hours: Monday – Thursday 8am-4.30pm / Friday 8am-1.30pm (37.5 hours)
Contract Type: Full time, permanent
Our client based in Haverhill, Suffolk is looking for a Quality Assistant to join their team and help support the day to day running of the Quality department.
As Quality Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Dealing with quality issues
- Updating and maintaining documentation
- Dealing with claims
- Quality control training
- Resolving supplier quality issues
- Ensuring work instructions are up to date
- Additional quality related duties as required.
An ideal candidate for the Quality Assistant will have:
- Previous experience in a quality environment working to ISO9001
- Strong attention to detail
- Internal auditing experience
- A minimum of GSCE Maths and English to a high level or equivalent
- Computer literacy.
