Pub Managers Stamford / Bourne

Pub Manager – Stamford (Must have own license)

Working with a successful high end independent pub/restaurant chain.

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per yeardoe plus a share of a performance based bonus scheme.
Minimum of 48 hours per week over 6 days
32 days holiday includes bank holidays

The position is working alongside a current Manager running the day to day business and promoting high standards of food and beverage service.

Experience of running a high turnover food style pub which at present sells between 800-1000 meals a week. A good knowledge of real ale is also essential as the site turns over 25 barrels a week.
