Salary & Package

* Salary £26,400 – £28,800per annum + Tips
* Meals on duty
* Chef whites provided

What Our Client is looking for in a Sous Chef

Ideally you would be someone already in a Sous Chef position or a very strong Junior Sous ready to take the next step up. We are looking for someone with experience in preparing fresh food to order and that can work under pressure and meet deadlines with a good knowledge of all areas of the kitchen

* Ability to deliver quality food consistently
* Good preparation and organisational skills
* Experience in working under pressure in high volume establishments
* A “can do” attitude and a flexible approach to work
* Passion, commitment and drive
* Excellent communication skills and a team player
* Passionate, committed and driven
* Excellent working references / recommendations from previous employers.
