Essential Skills for this role:

Objective of role:
+ Working with the Government Client based consultancy team, to plan, document and confirm the costing for the Transformation solution for the Desktop and Apps Transformation at the client location.
+ To communicate this plan to the client teams who provide individual elements of the solution (Towers) and ensure their plans are reflected within the master plan.
+ To determine and document the Statement of Work for the Apps Transformation Subcontractor. Communicate and agree the plans. Align, communicate and validate the subcontractor plans.
+ Act as the representative for the programme plan to the internal stakeholders, including Account Exec, Sales and Solution lead.
+ Preparing for, supporting and attending internal reviews of cost, scope and approach.
+ Preparing material focussed on explaining the proposed approach to the client and client stakeholders through presentation, briefings and meetings.

Deliverables:
+ Programme, Project and stage plans for transition and transformation
+ Fully resourced Gantt Plan;
+ Risk and Issue Logs – collate from team and tower. Handle risks and issues for solution with partners.
+ Documentation and plans in support of the response.

Success Criteria:
+ Plan which both meets the sales objectives and can be governed – getting delivery sign off.
+ Clear agreed statement of work.
+ All delivered such that the bid response timescales can be met.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills:
+ Security clearance to SC level
+ PMI Certification and/or 5 years of Programme/Project management experience in complex secure government environments.
+ Prince2
+ Previous experience of MOD implementations.
