Working alongside the Health and Safety Coordinator to ensure compliance with relevant Health and Safety legislation, you will form part of the Properties team, ensuring superb service provision for AX colleagues across our entire company portfolio.

A key focus will be developing property services to ensure an ever-improving service to all staff and visitors alike, stepping in and deputising for colleagues as when required.

We are looking for a Property Services Coordinator who ideally brings:

  • Able to work in a highly pressurised environment using multi-tasking capabilities with the ability to prioritise and organise own workload
  • Willingness to be a First Aider and Fire Marshal (training will be provided) as part of a team with responsibility for the overall staff and premises
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate confidently with all levels of staff within the company
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate confidently with suppliers / contractors
