Salary: £31,200 – £34,800 per year
Property Relationship Manager
Working alongside a dynamic, remote team based in various locations over the UK. You will be working autonomously and have the responsibility for managing a large site of modern, vibrant, commercial office buildings to create an exceptional and unrivalled destination for small businesses and start-ups.
The Property Relationship Manager is there to:
* Pro-actively manage ‘front of house’ to give a seamless, warm and efficient customer service to all
* Prepare move-in and move-out schedule by creating and implementing plan for efficient move-in and move-out
* Identify the needs of potential and current tenants and recommend tailored solutions responsive to their needs
* Research potential tenants and develop tailored marketing strategies and materials based on that research
* Give customised and individual tours based on research and knowledge of potential tenants’ businesses and needs
* Effective management of the sites’ social media accounts to promote and increase brand awareness, media and social interest and generate traffic to the website
* Attending networking events to promote office space and identify and recruit potential tenants
* Work on community initiatives designed to develop connections between tenants, including tenant introductions, curating events, and event follow-ups
* Resolve tenant complaints regarding other tenants through neutral fact investigation and escalate as necessary in a timely fashion
The successful applicant will have the following:
* Passionate about customer service with sales experience (project and/or event management background is a plus)
* Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
* A strong understanding of small businesses, start-up’s and the York business community
* Desire to attend networking and out of hours events on occasion
* Works well independently and is a self-starter, seeks opportunities
* Experience of being in customer facing role, great relationship building skills & service driven
In return you will receive:
Salary: £31,200 – £34,800 (depending upon experience), private healthcare, performance based bonus, 28 days holiday, full training on systems and work shadowing. Progressive company!
Hours: Monday to Friday, permanent.
