A new role has been created in our Facilities team for a Property Manager. As Property Manager you will be part of the Facilities team who support a multi-site organisation.

Role Description – Property Manager:
You will be responsible for Property Management, strategy implementation and technical advice on a portfolio of properties across a multi-site organisation. Managing a large portfolio will involve completing rent reviews and lease renewals, planning, administering and implementing estates strategy and identifying initiatives to add value to the portfolio and reduce group cost liabilities. Using your expertise you will streamline cost base through space management and negotiations.
You will also be responsible for project management of property acquisitions, which would include preparing work schedules for an in-house Maintenance Operative, managing project budgets, fit-outs and dilapidation work and management of the tender process.
Liaising with statutory and other professional functions, you will ensure compliance including CDM, completion of on-site Health & Safety requirements and compliance with Company Health and Safety Policy.
